Improve Your Skateboarding in a Two Week-Long School

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data discovered there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The most significant change has been the generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
