Deer Creek is a city in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 322 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.0 square miles (10 km), all of it land.
Minnesota State Highways 29 and 106 are two of the main routes in the community.
As of the census of 2000, there were 328 people, 143 households, and 94 families residing in the city. The population density was 81.6 people per square mile (31.5/km²). There were 163 housing units at an average density of 40.6 per square mile (15.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.56% White, 0.30% African American, 1.22% Native American, 0.30% from other races, and 0.61% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.30% of the population.
