Cuthbert is a city in, and the county seat of, Randolph County, Georgia, United States. The population was 3,731 at the 2000 census.
Cuthbert is located at 31º46’15” North, 84º47’37” West (31.770726, -84.793517).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.0 square miles (7.8 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 3,731 people, 1,360 households, and 870 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,223.5 people per square mile (472.3/km²). There were 1,549 housing units at an average density of 507.9 per square mile (196.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 23.69% White, 74.22% African American, 0.32% Native American, 0.32% Asian, 0.11% Pacific Islander, 0.88% from other races, and 0.46% from two or more races. 1.96% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the following years the skate parks tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The most significant change has been the generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a natural participation sport for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
