Byram is a city in Hinds County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 7,386 at the 2000 census, at which time it was a census-designated place (CDP). It is part of the Jackson Metropolitan Statistical Area. It was incorporated for a second time in its history on June 16, 2009.
Byram originally incorporated in 1870. The town was named for A.M. Byram, an early settler who donated land for the location of the depot. The town surrendered its incorporation during the Great Depression when it could no longer fund municipal services.
Byram is located at 32°11′39″N 90°16′12″W / 32.19417°N 90.27°W / 32.19417; -90.27 (32.194093, -90.270087).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 18.1 square miles (47 km), of which, 17.8 square miles (46 km) of it was land and 0.3 square miles (0.78 km) of it (1.65%) was water.

We will teach you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Skateboarding is a pastime activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data found there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skateboarders polled who had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The largest change has been the generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
