Belle Rive is a residential neighbourhood in north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
It is bounded on the north by 167 Avenue, on the south by 153 Avenue, and on the east by 82 Street. The western boundary, which it shares with Eaux Claires runs along a line located between 89 Street and 90 Street.
Housing in the neighbourhood is a mixture of single family dwellings (93%), duplexes (4%) and row houses (3%). Substantially all residences in the neighbourhood are owner occupied.
The neighbourhood was initially intended to be named Belle Riva, to honour the city’s large Italian community, however the spelling error was never corrected.

Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from individualized instruction to meet your current skill level.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data found there are 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the coming years the locations of skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.

The biggest change has been the developed generation bubble that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation sport for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

How you can start skateboard lessons?

  • Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Belle Rive skate park.
