The Town of Ault is a Statutory Town located in Weld County, Colorado, United States. The population was 1,432 at the U.S. Census 2000.
Ault is located at 40°35′2″N 104°44′1″W / 40.58389°N 104.73361°W / 40.58389; -104.73361 (40.583999, -104.733648), at the intersection of U.S. Highway 85 and State Highway 14.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.8 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,432 people, 540 households, and 381 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,123.7 people per square mile (825.2/km²). There were 560 housing units at an average density of 830.5 per square mile (322.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 79.47% White, 0.07% African American, 0.91% Native American, 0.42% Asian, 16.76% from other races, and 2.37% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 30.24% of the population.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data uncovered that there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a skateboard in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality.

The most significant change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

  • Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Ault skate park.
