- Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.

Learn Skateboarding in a Two Week-Long School
Do you want to learn skateboarding?
Be taught all of the fundamentals of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding like how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from customized instruction to meet your skill level. Skateboarding is a recreational activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been designed and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data found there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a board in the previous year were under the age of 18, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality. The largest change has been the generation bubble that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.Atlanta GA Skateboard Lessons

Atlanta is a great city for skateboarding. It has nice weather year-round for skateboarding and fantastic skateparks from Roswell to Douglassville. There are huge new concrete skateparks being built all over Atlanta. The Decatur Skatepark is close to Atlanta and offers night skating with lighting!
