LEARN SKATEBOARDING IN A TWO WEEK-LONG LESSON
Skateboarding is a leisure activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a board in the previous year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the coming years the physical locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.
The largest change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation activity for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Understand all of the basics of skateboarding fast in a one-week camp. We will show you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. No matter, of where you are at.. you can benefit from personalized instruction to meet your skill level.

- Ages: 4 through 104
- Ability: Beginner through Competition-Style Advanced.
How to Start:
- Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.
- Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Corona skate park.

My name is Darius. I am 29 years old located in Southern California and have been skateboarding for 13+ years. I am an all-around experienced skater and I specialize in street skating. I do not have any professional experience training but I regularly teach kids and young adults how to do various tricks at my local skatepark and have been now for some time.

Brandon started skateboarding around 1999 and was addicted immediately. After graduating from film school in 2004, filming and capturing our lives on film became his job and his life. He grew up teaching the kids at Murdy Park on how to skate and film.
