Concord CA SKATEBOARD LESSONS!

OUR SKATE INSTRUCTORS

Isak H. from El Cerrito, California!

Born and raised in Burnsville, Isak is an energetic and positive instructor. Isak specializes in mini-ramps and bowls. He’s been skating for over ten years, so he certainly knows the ropes. During the day, Isak is a law student at the University of Minnesota, but that doesn’t stop him from ripping up the park on evenings and weekends. If you or your child is just starting out, Isak can teach you the fundamentals of pushing, stance, carving, and transitions—ollies too! Learning to ride can be challenging, but with Isak, it can be fun as well.

Trevor S. from Oakland, California!

Hey guys ready to skate? Let’s get to learn the basics and safety first and work our way into a more comfortable and confident attitude so we can start doing flip tricks and ramps. I can provide the essentials to set you on a path on some of the greatest days you may have with your friends. From the ollie to the double set Tray flip, I’ll be there to show how to respect the sport and yourself to insure one day if you work hard enough you may just become a pro.

Improve Your Skateboarding in a Two Week-Long Class

Skateboarding is a pastime activity, a work of art, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been molded and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 report by American Sports Data uncovered there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have have doubled since the time of the study. In the following years the locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.

The biggest change has been the developed generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and now sees it as a participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
