In this episode my best friend Levi and I have a skate session at South Park Skatepark! This was my first time being to this skatepark but I had a ton of fun! South Park Skatepark is a great Pittsburgh skatepark so if you're from the area definitely go check it out! This is just PART ONE of the season 4 finale! Skating South Park Skatepark - S4E12 pt 1

We took a 3 day road trip and got a lot of videos made this is the first of the road trip we stoped in pa to ride South Park skatepark where there is a massive bowl and the largest outdoor half pipe I’ve ever seen and also a race track

Bmx road trip part 1 (South Park skatepark)

Stopped by this park during a recent visit to the Pittsburgh, PA area.

This is Bethel Park-ish. Only skatepark I was able to check out on my much too short trip, and yes, I'm bummed I did not get to check out Pitcher Park.

But this park has some fun flow to it. Guy there (whose name I've forgotten), let me take a run on his board. Very flow-able, I dug it.

Ps. Much thanks to my uncle for showing me this park. I had no idea this was even here until he insisted he show me this. GREAT county park, in general, there is not only the bmx track up above this, but a wave pool, lot's of open space and home to the Oliver Miller Homestead, a pioneer landmark & Whiskey Rebellion site! Hows that for some history nerd-ism! ;)

Not much street stuff, and the concrete is showing weathering, but not too bad.

The HUGE halfpipe is all metal and VERY hot to touch. If anyone from the park system ever reads this, I recommend getting rid of that and adding more street elements. I can't imagine that half pipe gets much use.

Anyone know who designed and built this? Looks like it opened around 2008. Any additional details greatly appreciated.

Oh, and 3 "B's" = bikes, boards and blades.
