Effingham Park District has been nothing but AMAZING to us allowing us to have contests and build at our requests. Its time to bump it up a notch and push through to the next level! we are the Crossroads of I-57/I-70 and have a lot of traffic, lets get all the skaters to start hopping off and skate here!
