Hillsboro is the fifth-largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon and is the county seat of Washington County. Noheli’s main goal as an instructor is to help beginning skateboarders develop confidence by mastering the fundamentals. Whether it is street skating or park skating, Noheli will guide you toward your skateboarding goals. In 2020, Noheli began instructing in Los Angeles County in California. She worked with beginners at local parks around the county. Skateboarding is a major part of Noheli’s life goal of contributing to creative communities through art and culture.
