Improve Your Skateboarding in a 7 Day Lesson

Do you want to learn how to skateboard?

Is the fear of falling keeping you from progressing? Study all of the basic principles of skateboarding quickly in a one-week camp. We will teach you the basics of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. Regardless, of where you are at.. you can benefit from individualized instruction to meet your skill level.

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 report by American Sports Data discovered there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of 18, and 74 % were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the ensuing years the skate parks tripled making it more accessible as privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are coming into the picture.

The most significant change has been the generation that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the world wide mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a participation activity for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.

Ability: Beginner through Competition-Style Advanced.

How you can start skateboard lessons?

Equipment: We recommend a board and a full set of safety gear. This includes: a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Rental equipment is available.

Location: We can do lessons in your driveway, in your garage, or at the Carrollton skate park.
