Glendale AZ SKATEBOARD LESSONS!

OUR SKATE INSTRUCTORS

Addison P. from Phoenix, Arizona!

Addison is no newbie to giving lessons because he is doing it every now and then with kids in his neighborhood. He can teach them the basic stuff so that they can, later on, move to the skate park to give a bit more advanced lessons once the learner is able to do a couple of things on their board. Just a few tricks he can show off our Switch 360 flip switch Lazer flip. Switch hardflip. He can teach pretty much any trick on flat ground as well.

Daniel S. from Phoenix, Arizona!

Danny is a very knowledgeable and encouraging instructor. Having been skating since 2006, he knows the steps necessary to progress between beginner, intermediate, and advanced. More importantly, he knows how to keep skateboarding fun. He maintains a safe environment for new learners, and his knowledge of skateboarding history and culture is bound to spark interest in newcomers. Additionally, his continued encouragement will keep new skaters motivated, a critical component of progression. All in all, Danny is an awesome instructor to learn from, and has the skills necessary to keep budding skateboarders excited to go skate!

Improve Your Skateboarding in a Week-Long Course

Skateboarding is a recreational activity, an art form, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the ages. A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data discovered that there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled who had used a board in the last year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the following years the locations of skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned skate parks and indoor skate parks are becoming a reality. The most significant change has been the generation that skated in their youth and have grown up with the “X” Games explosion into the global mainstream of competitive sports and sees it as a natural participation sport or art for their children led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.
